iPhone launched in India
Apple, the worlds leading technology giant, has launched 'iPhone 4S' in India. Although we are expecting iPhone 5 but Apple finally putting at rest all the rumors and launched iPhone $s which runs on iOS 5.
World Cheapest Tablet by India
Hey Forks! One again India is on the top of the World. India has launched its first tablet PC "AAKASH". Aakash, launched by Communications and IT minister Kapil Sibal on Oct 5th, 2011. It is designed, developed and manufactured by DataWind, in partnership with IIT Rajasthan, under the HRD ministry’s Mission on Education Through Information and Communication Technology (NME-ICT).

The government is buying 100,000 tablets from DataWind at an all-inclusive price of $46 (Rs 2,250) a unit. However, under NME-ICT, the target price for 10 million units is Rs 1,750 ($35) a unit. DataWind eventually plans to bring it down to $10 (around Rs 500) a unit.
The Specification of Aakash are:-
- 366 MHz processor with HD video co-processor for a multimedia experience & Core graphics accelerator
- 256MB random access memory (RAM) with an in-built memory of 2GB, which is expandable upto 32 GB.
